Crafted from a premium blend of grain and malt
and barrel-aged in bourbon casks, our ultra-smooth whiskey reaches new depths of flavour while offering intriguing notes of citrus and cracked pepper on the nose. Each slow sip reveals a perfectly balanced fusion of flavours including malt, citrus, apple and nutmeg, with a subtle yet lingering sweetness that invites another taste.

How The Margolin
came to be
The Margolin was born from a legacy of migration
and a never-ending search for a place to call home. Our family of founders set out to explore the United States before finding love and purpose in Ireland. Over the course of two generations, they pioneered and refined a traditionally-inspired yet unmistakeably innovative Irish whiskey that would come to bear their family name.
Somewhere in the process of its creation, The Margolin absorbed the wandering spirit of its founders and their restless search for something greater than the traditions they knew. Today, it is a drink that has become synonymous with a particular longing for the open road and adventures beyond the horizon.
